    There is 24-hour security.

    Free Wi-Fi is available for the guests.
  3. Electricity
    We have a generator, solar panels, batteries and power supplies from Nawec to try to ensure constant and consistent  power to the property. 
  1. Laundry
    The maid will be happy to do your laundry at a small cost.

    Can be arranged at cost price.
  1. Safe
    All accommodation have their own personal safe box.
  2. Insurance
    We have public liability insurance but we strongly recommend you take out a private holiday insurance as well.
  3. Swimming Pool
    The pool is open at all times but occasionally is closed for a couple of hours at night for treatment. There is no lifeguard so it is your own responsibility to ensure you own safety and the safety of those in your travelling party in the pool.
  4. Out and About
    We have a resident guide to help you. He is paid by us so there is no extra charge to you.
  5. Welcome Pack
    This includes complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, butter, eggs, milk, marmalade and toilet rolls. When you need to stock up on supplies we will advise you where the nearest supermarket is located.
  6. Bar
    We have a small bar area but only stock local beer and soft drinks and water.
  7. Visitors
    We do like to limit the number of guests that use our facilities, however, please respect the privacy of your fellow guests when inviting others to join you. If in doubt, just ask!
  8. Extra beds
    The Apartments are equipped for 2 persons and the Bungalows for 4.
    If requested the accommodations can be equipped for additional persons at extra charge.
  9. Air Conditioning
    Bungalow A will be equipped with AC that can be used for extra charge.
  10. Deposit
    Please contact us for details of payment of a non-refundable deposit that will secure your booking.
  11. Payment
    The outstanding balance for your duration should be paid upon arrival in agreed currency.
