House Rules & Guest Policy

All guests and their visitors are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. Any behaviour that may disturb other guests is not permitted.

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards child abuse, trafficking, use of illegal substances, and any violent or aggressive behaviour.

Visitors
Visitors under the age of 18 are not allowed on the premises without prior approval from management and are never permitted to enter guest rooms.

Overnight visitors (18+) are only allowed with prior approval from management. A valid photo ID must be presented before access is granted. Approval will not be given for multiple different overnight visitors during one stay.

Electricity Usage
Electricity supply in The Gambia is limited. Guests are kindly asked to use electricity responsibly. The use of high-consumption appliances such as electric cookers, hot plates, kettles, or similar equipment is not permitted unless provided by the guesthouse.

Compliance
Management reserves the right to immediately ask any guest to leave the property without notice if these rules are not respected.

Pool & Sunbeds
Sunbeds are available for all guests. If a sunbed is left unattended for more than 30 minutes, any towels or personal items may be removed.
